Hi! I was wondering if it could be seen as problematic to have a panromantic homosexual have sex with a demisexual trans male (both past legal age) who hasn't had gender reassignment surgery. I'm not writing the scene, just the fluffy wake-up after the night, but I don't want my readers to 'doubt' my character's homosexuality in case they think, "Oh! He's had sex with a girl!" because they don't understand, or are transphobic.
I think that is totally fine. If by gender reassignment surgery you mean bottom surgery, most trans men don’t actually have it at all anyway. It’s a pretty inaccessible surgery (cost wise and finding surgeons wise, among other things) and not everybody feels it’s necessary anyway. It doesn’t change somebody’s actual gender anyway, it’s just some shape reconfiguration. Trans men are men before and after surgery - surgery doesn’t change that.
