Quanxi couple headcanons

A/n: I guess this is technically sextuple headcanons? It didn't feel right excluding Quanxi's girlfriends. Thank you for requesting, hope you enjoy!

-Date nights out are hard for the six of you, given that five of you are part Devil, which tends to draw a lot of attention. Because of this, you prefer staying in for dates, often spent watching a movie or just cuddling each other. So long as you have each other, you don't really mind.

-Each of you take turns making dinner on different days, with each person's designated day swapping each week to keep things fresh. On Sundays, though, you always make dinner as a group. Kung pao chicken, sweet and sour pork, chow mein, you all like to make different foods and will hold a vote on what to cook each week. Whether what you make will actually turn out good is more up to fate.

-On occasion, when one or all of you don't feel like cooking, you'll instead order takeout. Quanxi doesn't like doing this a lot, worried that it'll ruin your body, a problem she and the fiends never worried about before on account of basically being walking corpses. Because of this, takeout is usually more of a monthly occasion or for special holidays.

-If you don't have much money or simply don't want to pay, you'll have one of the fiends answer the door, ending with either the delivery person dropping the food and running or Cosmo possessing them with her "Halloween" ability.

-If you ever go out as a group, either on a date or a mission, the fiends will practically form a shield around you with their bodies, since you're the only one of them who can't regenerate. Quanxi prefers walking ahead, trusting you to stay safe, especially with your Devil bodyguards surrounding you. If someone so much as dares to touch a hair on your head, the four of them will pile on your "attacker" until they apologise for what they did, even if they aren't entirely sure what they did.

-If Quanxi senses a genuine threat nearby, she'll have the fiends escort you somewhere safe. Even if the job would be handled faster with the fiends with her, she prioritises keeping you safe over getting the job done quickly.

-As much as you love them, the fiends have practically zero etiquette. You often have to you replace your silverware as Long keeps eating it. Whatever you eat, either at your house or at a restaurant, Pingsti can't help but list off facts about the food's taste and how it's made. Even if you aren't interested in that kind of thing, Pingsti is just happy with you listening to her. They also cause all kinds of property damage in public, with it being covered up by the Chinese government or Cosmo using her powers on whoever questions their behaviour.

-Occasionally, you and Quanxi will take a gamble on a date night out with just the two of you, entrusting the house to the fiends for just a few hours. Whether it be going out to eat, see a movie or just for drinks, Quanxi is happy doing anything as long as it's with you. At the end of each date, before returning home, Quanxi will give you a kiss and tell you she enjoyed herself, regardless of whether or not the fiends have trashed the place.

-Quanxi and the fiends are also very affectionate girlfriends. They always have their arms wrapped around you, telling that they love you and love giving you kisses, which often leads to a make out session. The fiends actually taste pretty good despite being corpses. Though it's hard to notice, you can always tell when one of the fiends has done something wrong as they'll always be just slightly more affectionate with you.

-Since most of your group don't have any proper family, you prefer spending holidays with each other, eating large meals on Chinese New Year and gazing at the moon and sharing mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival. Though it's not as widely celebrated in China, you and your girlfriends still decorate the house and watch scary movies around Halloween purely for Cosmo's happiness.

THE VISUAL IS STUNNING

I'm sure it has something to do with palatability, same as Tengen getting heavily shipped with conventionally beautiful Hinatsuru and Suma, over the tomboyish Makio. But I find it fascinating how people always manage to dilute poly relationships in media to: Me, my girlfriend...and the others I sort of tolerate and like. Quanxi cares for her girls, and incidentally, when she surrenders in her final moments, she begs for the lives of the two who would be considered most akin to "devils" by their appearance.
