With how windy my city is, I thought it was a dried and rolled up leaf. Then I realized leaves don't wiggle like that and came to a screeching halt to go back and check out this chonk!

@dogsitteringā submitted: A very nice friend that joined me for lunch today! They had a very nice stripe of purple dots down their back and surprise- pink legs! This friend is a pine sphinx moth, and was gently relocated from my elbow to a nearby white pine tree šš² Found in western New York state.
