DISRUPTIVE GRID
_en If you’re in the streetwear community you probably haven’t missed the story that has flown all over the world in the last couple days. I’m talking about the new silhouette from adidas called Deerupt. The global launch was happening in the city that’s always changing - Paris. We and a few others were lucky enough to be invited to this amazing event and to be one of the first to bring you this authentic feeling.
I’m working on the photos as we speak but the schedule is busy so I’m sharing at least some on-feet and in-hand action which we shot in the streets of Paris together with one of Slovakia’s finest rappers, Pil C.
The shoe is empowered by the past and it draws inspiration from the mesh-wrapped sole on old trial and running silhouettes from the adidas archive. Another inspiration came from the legendary Eames grid chair. That's it for the start and we’ll update you about the kicks themselves very soon after we put them to the test.

_sk Ak ste súčasťou streetwearovej komunity, pravdepodobne vám neušiel príbeh, ktorý vidno momentálne takmer úplne všade. Hovorím o predstavení novej siluety adidas Deerupt, ktorej globálne predstavenie práve prebieha v Paríži. My sme mali toľko šťastia, že sme sa ocitli vo výbere pozvaných a mali sme tú česť zdieľať s vami tento zážitok na vlastnej koži (na Instastories Footshopu možno ešte stihnete pár záberov).
Na fotkách z eventu pracujem nakoľko je rozvrh celkom plný, no stihol som spracovať aspoň prvý pohľad na tenisky na nohách a v rukách, s ktorý mi pomohol Slovenský rapper Pil C.
Tenisky sú posilnené z minulosti, pričom ich inšpirácia vychádza z archívnych siluet adidasu, ktoré sa vyznačovali podrážkou obmotanou sieťovinou. Iná inšpirácia zase plynie z legendárnej stoličky "Grid Chair," ktorú má na svedomí nik iný ako Eames. Takže to by pre začiatok bolo všetko a čoskoro prinesieme prvé zážitky keď tenisky poriadne otestujeme a uvidíme ako obstoja pri reálnom používaní.
P.S. Vo Footshope bude v najbližších dňoch inštalácia s augmentovanou realitou, takže ak budete mať cestu okolo stavte sa, zažite to na vlastné oči a možno sa vám podarí vyhrať vstup na Deerup Launch Party v Prahe, ktorá sa bude konať 22.3.!
