Um vinho para beber de litros neste calor! Este Ă© o “Picpoul de Pinet 2013”, um branco francĂŞs super leve e fácil de beber. . É elaborado pelo Domaine FĂ©lines Jourdin na pouco conhecida AOC Picpoul de Pinet, no Languedoc (sudoeste da França). . Monovarietal da uva Picpoul (autĂłctone da regiĂŁo), fermenta em tanques de aço inox e “envelhece” sobre suas borras por 10 semanas. . Na taça tem coloração amarelo palha claro e exala aromas de frutas cĂtricas (lima-da-pĂ©rsia), pĂŞra e eucalipto. Na boca Ă© bem leve, tem acidez moderada, com sabores cĂtricos e leve mineralidade, com baixa persistĂŞncia. . Um vinho simples, sem complexidade, mas ainda com bom frescor e alta “drinkability”. Provavelmente teria mais acidez e intensidade se tivesse sido aberto uns 2 anos atrás...
