They're mascots made by the international food company Galileo! Specifically, they're found on pickled and preserved foods under their brand in Poland, Europe... Presumably because Sonic's copyright would be hard to enforce there due to language barriers, time and money. I don't know if they're in use any more, but you can still find images of some of their character designs (lmao) by looking up things like 'Galileo pickle sonic'. Some of the weirder ones I found on polish speaking sonic forums and imageboards. Not that I speak polish, I was just feeling particularly determined that day. XD The description of them being dragons is written in polish on the food labels (which yes, I did squint at and feed into google translate to see if I could glean some kind of Deep Lore) iirc it's something cheesy like: 'this lil' dragon LOVES our crunchy pickles!!'. It's rewritten some for every product so I don't think they get called dragons every single time. Honestly they're pretty good springboards for redesigning into sonic fan characters~ My silly take on them is a bunch of hedgehogs with some dragon ancestry that run a fas food chain, but your preferred version might be totally different!
