Aside from the loud pop music, the setting, and atmosphere was laid back and earthy 😁 There were lots of wooden furniture and plants around, which I personally loved 😊 The menu is something I'll have to experiment with a couple more times because I did see a bunch items on the list that sounded pretty 😋like their Curry Tofu Wrap & the Chipotle Fajita Wrap, but I ended up getting the Philly Steak which is just, pulled steak (haha, get it?), grilled onion, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, & organic ketchup on a whole wheat long roll. It was different without the texture of the meat being there but, it had loads of flavor and the mushrooms compensated for the tenderness of a real steak. I didn't buy a drink at first because, the meal itself was $9.99, which I thought was kinda pricey for just a sandwich without sweet potatoes fries included. The guy at the reg said you had to buy them separately, but when I saw that they were about $4 and some change I decided to skip it. Afterward though, I did end up buying a drink, and I'm glad I did because it was really good and it made me feel energized. I got the organic kale lemonade (hear me out first lol) the ingredients are: fresh squeezed lemons, organic kale juice, & raw organic agave nectar, so it was a combination of sweet and tarty, with a slight taste of kale in between the mix. I'm used to the taste of kale since I've eaten in steamed before, as well as blended into a smoothie, but for someone who never tasted it, I could see it being a little weird at first for them. Overall the meal was delicious and filling to my liking. I will definitely go back to try that chipotle wrap to see what it's about, and maybe next time try one of their vegan milk shakes.
