Well I believe winter has taken falls place because it is officially cold outside and I can feel it in my lungs. I have the build up of phlegm...I know gross right. At least I know by now how to treat it to some extent and hopefully it won’t last forever and I won’t get a horrible cough that will last for like 6 months. Those are the worse.

My solution is:

Liquid Mucus Relief (the pill doesn’t do anything except taste nasty and get stuck in my throat)

Pineapple Juice

Lots of Rest

Alternate Place to sleep because sometimes you are up coughing or your partner is snoring and wakes you up. I mean this is all I can do. I have tried inhalers and they don’t seem to work. Luckily I don’t usually get bronchitis. Just Allergies.
