Actually I think N and Uzi would start their first time with V by just passing her between them a bit for make outs. Like it started as just a quick peck on the lips from N, then Uzi wanted to one up him, and N doesn't usually get competitive but when he does he's REALLY competitive so he grabs V from Uzi and kisses her deeper, and ofc Uzi's not just gonna let that stand. N would try to go a bit slower, but both Uzi and V are impatient little shits, so Uzi presses V into N while stopping her from having control in the moment, bringing N's fingers in deeper while also grinding her against his crotch at the same time. V's only real movement she could even try for at this point would be putting her knee up for Uzi to grind into, trying to show she's appreciating this in the only way they're really letting her right then.

Then they'd change positions again before anyone can finish, placing V on her stomach, Uzi just in front of her while N's at her backside. They'd take a second to check in on V again to really make sure she's okay with it, and she's a little more than eager for it

Uzi would definitely be a bit smug about it, taunting V a bit while N's tail wraps itself around V's, and as N lines himself up with her, Uzi runs her fingers through V's hair and tugs just a bit when N's going in.

V would want to muffle herself so badly as N's letting her adjust to him, but they don't want her to potentially get overwhelmed and not say anything if it's too much— wanting her to say that N can keep going and when he should stop instead of N just needing to guess. A side effect is that N and Uzi are absolutely eating up her reactions because she's rarely so vocal.

When N's hilted inside of her and she gives the go ahead, that's when Uzi gets closer, spreading herself out so V can fit herself right between her legs, Uzi's hands finding V's hair again and praising the crap outta the both of them, sometimes telling N what to do, like going faster or moving a little to the left or right. N's a panting mess enjoying every bit of time with his girls, leaning over V more and more over time, pretty much forcing V further into Uzi.
