Monster March 7 - Elemental

Accidentally made an OC.

This is Phalo, a paint elemental. He commits crimes, hence why he's behind bars. He's pretty powerful, since he can control paint. (Like on fine art or walls or cars. Literally all kinds of paint.)

If I were to make his story, it would be titled Bad Paint Job.

Maybe I'll pair him up with a museum attendant (turned guard, because of the danger he poses) or, more cliche, a struggling artist? idk
