so, here is Brabant the lynel smith :3
(botw2 - totk rewritten)
he has his 'shop' in a cave that is littered with weapons since he keeps making them regardless if theres anyone needing them
his speciality is the weapons lynels tend to use- the shape of those weapons correlating to his shops symbol, which in turn is based on his favorite flower he likes to dry and smoke in his pipe (the cave is filled with smoke from it giving it all a red/purple hue)
under his leather apron he wears a harness meant for pulling very heavy objects (based on the harness draft horses use when they do so, specifically referencing holzrücken (dragging logs out of forests)) however a little modified since the typical harness' main part goes over the head .. which wouldnt work for him (not all horse after all)- he is too lazy to take it off and usually just hangs the long chain into the harness part around his tail so he doesnt trip over it
his design is based on a a mix of przewalski horses, hartebeest, african wild ass and of course draft horses (specifically brabanter)
he is a 'friendly' NPC, he doesnt really care to whom he sells his weapons to (he will just slap you away if you attack him), though there will be at least one quest from him asking you to get more of the flower he likes to smoke, since its hard to get for him and he doesnt like to leave his forge (he doesnt talk, just grunts and handwaves, it is unkown if he cant talk or if he just ... doesnt, i kind of want him to just respond with a "no" to a question zelda will ask thinking shes out his hearing range and its the only time he says a word)
the quest will unlock more of his weapons for you to buy, or their recipes (for the reworked weapon system, adding crafting/repairing and several smith shops across the world- his would be the only one in the underground/a cave and carry special weapons you cant get elsewhere)
additional quests might allow you more access to his shop in the sense that you can enter the rooms he lives in (which would be in contrast to his forge and decorated rather nicely, perhaps with a special interest in flowers, including a large collection ... also an opportunity for zelda to nerd out, though i am not sure if i will draw it as well, i am happy i got this done and am relatively happy with it :3 )
