I finally did it. I beat the Elite 4 and my (real life) girlfriend/champion and became champion of the Fusion Hoenn League. While I'm sad that this was only a fan made game and we'll probably never see anything as in depth as this in official Pokémon, I'm glad to have gotten to go on this journey. It filled me with many emotions! While the situations regarding this game are.... rough, I still hope that one day we'll get the chance to see a third installment if the creator ever feels the urge to come back to this series after things clear up. Now for some notes.
The game is still in beta, a completed beta mind you, so it does still suffer from glitches and bugs. The ones I encountered that posed any serious problem were resolved by the creator straight away, and that's something I really appreciate. I kind of feel like an unofficial beta tester, which is also awesome. And while I didn't report every little thing, most of the minor things just came down to needing to be polished (which I understand why it's still in beta, so no harm there). As for the story, it goes above and beyond, expanding on the first game and elevating its depth and emotion to a whole new level! And while I haven't jumped into the post game yet, I already know with the amount of Fusions I have to do, I have A LOT to do left, especially considering I am a trainer who makes Living Dexes. I'll be busy for a while! Hahaha! Thank you Matt ( @fungames2 / @electrovert ) and team. As far as PFGII goes I'll stay in touch with any issues or just general posts, and with your permission I'd like to share the with some friends of mine. Thank you for the wonderful journey and giving me a Pokémon game that I've been really yearning for.
