About Our Campaign

My DnD group had a hard time meeting for sessions consistently, there was always someone who was unable to attend and over time we struggled to maintain a full campaign and it’s upkeep. It was decided that since all the remaining players had DM/GM experience, we decided it would be fun is each session was only a game or two long, and we swapped out GMs when we played. Doing this allowed each person to try out new characters and classes and maybe play something we wouldn’t have been brave enough to try for a full fledged campaign (like our wild-magic sorcerer). I highly recommend this if you have a hard time getting back to back sessions together but still have that burning passion to play, and for people just starting out who don’t want to get overwhelmed by a big plot. Our tie-in factor for every session was just that all of our characters between every session belonged to the same guild of adventurers.

About Petra and Peter Piper

Born Peter Piper Pickedapepper, now a traveling bard. Peter is generally pretty lively and easy-going, often thought to be the life of the party whenever he’s around. But one thing Peter cannot stand is being wronged, and he will avenge himself if anyone were to think of betraying his trust and good will.

One day Peter found himself traveling through an average low-income town with a terrible rat problem. The people are desperate for help ridding themselves of these disease infested rats and eagerly agree to hire Peter for the job. Peter begins to play his flute as he winds through the city’s streets, leading all of the rats out of the town in a daze where he then exterminates them all at once.

When Peter gets back to the town however, the townspeople felt like it had been way too easy for Peter to remove the rats and didn’t find his methods worth the money they had agreed to pay him up front. In anger, he warns the people not to double cross him. When the people still refused to meet their agreement, Peter decides to enact his revenge.

That night, he comes back to town and begins playing his flute again. The melody is hypnotic and alluring, and this time children begin to emerge from their houses and follow Peter right out of town, never to be seen again (or so the legend goes).
