As a migraine sufferer myself, I definitely empathize with the experience of being dismissed or accused of over blowing what I'm dealing with- something I channel into Tielo's difficulties getting people to take their need for gluten-free food seriously. They also get the obnoxious stares and awkward, prying questions that come with a visible disability. But in spite of everything, they are proud of who they are, and will never stop advocating for themselves and others.

Art fight's themes are being announced in just a few days, and I wanted to make an updated reference for Sieg in armor to go with the new one for his longer, dyed hair. Here we be! Took a bit of finagling and I'm not sure how clear the warhammer on his right hip is, but I'm overall happy with how it came out.

While it would be a stretch to say "happy" pride given the state of the world, the sentiment remains the same. We will be ourselves and live our truth, in spite of all of the forces in the world currently working against us.

I'll give them this. If it hadn't taken almost two years to get here, and most folks probably forgot that chunk of foreshadowing, that would've been some very solid planting and payoff.

Tavasz isn't surprised by this revelation in the least, but she does still find it abhorrent.

Happy Birthday, @tigerwriter! I've officially weathered my first northern winter, and a fairly intense one at that! If you were worried it was going to be a dealbreaker for my Florida ass, worry no more. I can honestly say that this move has made me the happiest I've been in years, and I look forward to many more chances for us to hang out, play video games, talk shop about characters, and give each other's kitties scritches.

Finally nailed down a design for my plushie bori, Cru. He's a former dark faerie who transposed his soul into a plushie body because he's trans, as a middle finger to the stigma of There's No Boy Faeries. ("Fine, I won't be a faerie anymore. :D" )
