♡Absorption Person♡

✧An Absorption Person (APP/ABP) is a Special Person attachment experienced by those with persodivergence (or may be a side effect of some medications). An APP is someone the persodivergent individual relies on to form their personality. This may be because the pwPD wants to please their APP so much that they absorb traits that weren't initially theirs before meeting them to appear more pleasing to their APP.✧

Note: Was coined with dpd & bpd in mind, but it was stated by the corner anyone who relates can use it

A similar term might be Reflection Person, a term made for individuals with bpd that mirror people. This can be movements, words, emotions, etc.

DEFINITION ⦂⠀This is language for persodivergent individuals, who feel "crushes" as wanting people or a person to be one's special person.

Reasons for a press may include: feeling loneliness without someone to fixate on, finding someone trustworthy, wanting to unmask around someone.

This MAY be used in grammatical senses/as different words with "press" in them, to specify the form of press. A press that involves elements that one's persodivergence makes one repel from, such as avoidance, devaluing, discarding, or paranoia, it may be considered a "pressure". I'm not too sure about other language, and encourage others to add on, or request further additions from Myself.

be kind. i know the world is horrible and its so difficult to be kind to everyone you meet. It is so, so difficult to not let the slightest annoyance turn you into an asshole when you're stressed. But you need to be kind despite that, you need to choose kindness because it will make you feel better. It will make others feel good and want to be around you too of course, but I'm sure you know that already. You need to be kind for yourself because when you are kind to others it genuinely makes it easier to be kinder to yourself.

A neurowiry when one's psyche , thinking pattern and development are described like this :

They might prefer and enjoy most to do things alone , when they can be true to themselves .
