comfort room tips
this can be for anyone including chronic pain , perma / trans / tris pain , disabled individuals , trans / cis bed ridden , ect ! just inspo on how to make ur room the most accessible and comfortable :3
) clean and organized . as hard as it may be keeping your space clean it is the best way to make things more accessible . dont be afraid to ask for help from loved ones . i hoard because of disability / chronic pain so i get it !
) easy to grab thinfs . snack bars on night stand , heating pads on stand by if those help , pain meds accessible ( as needed in moderation ) , ect are all good
) carts , trays , ect . little rolling carts or bed trays to hold things !
) if u can get one mini fridges can help a ton with making sure you have water and snacks on stand by
) comfort items ! plushies , blankies , whayever is comforting to you .
) not room specific but comfortable clothes , make sure your comfortable at all times !
) kinda piggybackinf off the lasf one but making your life the most accessible for everything including chores . organized laundry , easy to change and hang up clothes , paper plates so less need to wash tjings , ect .
) biggest tip is to surround yourseld with loved ones who care about you and thats more comforting and helpful than any clothes 🦭
