This recipe delivers a perfectly seasoned and juicy pork tenderloin. The combination of garlic, thyme, rosemary, and paprika creates a flavorful crust while keeping the inside tender and succulent.
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Add the rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them all together. Make sure the pork tenderloins are evenly covered with the olive oil and spice mix. Set a skillet that can go in the oven on medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloins all the way through until they are golden brown. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take the pork out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. Your pork tenderloin is ready to be served.
