ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْكُنَّسِ

And by the planets that move swiftly and hide themselves,

𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖 1: 𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕫𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕠𝕦𝕤 , 𝕖𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕣, 𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕙𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕔, 𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕞 𝕡𝕠𝕝𝕚𝕔𝕖, 𝕤𝕖𝕖𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕤 𝕞𝕦𝕔𝕙 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕝𝕖𝕕𝕘𝕣 𝕒𝕤 𝕡𝕠𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕓𝕝𝕖.

𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖 2: 𝕥𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕘𝕚𝕟, 𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕘𝕘𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘, 𝕥𝕣𝕪𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕠 𝕙𝕠𝕝𝕕 𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕠 𝕕𝕖𝕖𝕟, 𝕗𝕖𝕖𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕝𝕠𝕟𝕖, 𝕖𝕞𝕒𝕒𝕟 𝕙𝕚𝕘𝕙 𝕕𝕣𝕠𝕡𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕒𝕟 𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕥𝕚𝕞𝕖 𝕝𝕠𝕨.

𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖 5: 𝕥𝕣𝕪𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕟𝕠𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕛𝕦𝕕𝕘𝕖 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕠𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕕𝕚𝕕, 𝕙𝕦𝕞𝕓𝕝𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕣𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙 𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡𝕤, 𝕨𝕖𝕝𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕕𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕟𝕖𝕨 𝕄𝕦𝕤𝕝𝕚𝕞𝕤 𝕨𝕙𝕠 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕓𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕔𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕔𝕚𝕫𝕖𝕕 𝕓𝕪 𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕤. 𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕨𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕖𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕪 𝕥𝕠𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕤 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕤.

I’ve experienced all these stages and there were many moments I felt like giving up. Only less than a handful of born-Muslims were there by my side but the rest were my fellow convert sisters. Some don’t even wear hijab and some struggle to pray their five daily prayers but they were always the ones who helped encouraged me and gave me a helping hand when I cried out . I learned a lot from these sisters . They made me realize that just because someone wears niqab or verbally shows their piety, doesn’t mean a thing.

Anybody can pray 5 times and fast and call themselves righteous but when their sisters are going through hardships and need your support, that’s when you truly know who is sincere and who really lives up to their so called preaching.

Some people are just all talk and all judgements. They point fingers at you but fail to look at themselves . Don’t be like that. Be that sister who throws judgements aside and welcomes that struggling-practicing sister into your arms. Don’t turn her away from the deen with harsh words and judgemental comments. This is not Islam and it is not the way of the Salaf.
