  “Like any other passionate relationship, my relationship with dancing has always been a double-edged sword, one of pleasure and pain, love and hate, endings and comebacks. Still, no matter what, it remains, forever knocking at the doors of my heart, body and soul and no matter where I am and what I do, it keeps following me, in my thoughts, in my dreams, whether in my darkest nightmares or most glorious daydreams.

It is a shadow that’s always right behind me, like a loyal servant, never turning its back on me even when I myself have done so numerous times, because like any passion in life, it has been the cause of much pain - physical, mental and emotional as well as immense pleasure. Dancing has forever altered the course of my life and the shape of my fate. That’s what happens when you take any passion or obsession and dedicate yourself to it 24/7, day in and day out.“
