The 4 way test was scripted by Herbert J. Taylor an American as he set out to save his company from bankruptcy. His recovery plan started with changing the ethical climate of the company. The first task was to set out policies for the company that would reflect high ethics and morals God want in any business. He wrote 24 words, is it truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
