Passing of Knowledge by Sculptor Tan Wee Tar. From the father to son, knowledge like water is vital to life. The water is symbolic of passing of knowledge from generation to generation cultivated and depicted by the 4-way test. The sculpture was unveiled by Dr Vivian Balakrishnan in 28 June 2003.
