So, we broke up with our (abusive, who would have guessed? Everyone, but, you know, it's okay), now ex, partner system of 3 almost 4 years (oh-la la!). This was in March so, yeah do kind of worry but don't worry all-too-much about us.
This being said, the system's first choice after said breakup was very healthy! Can you guess what that was? Force an alter that had never been host to be host and shut down all communication since, well, it was "unhealthy" to differentiate ourselves so much, and that we "could manage without it"!
So, now, months later, all our work of years breaking down memory barriers seems to be mostly gone, we have horrible gaps in time and can't even tell who each of us is when fronting (stressful).
We also have a partner, who not all of us know, or agree on. A singlet, who does not know of us other alters! (PS; We do love him! He is very kind and fun, truly, we just wish he knew us, fully).
So this is where you, other systems or Tumblr itself come in!
This is our system blog. A small effort to improve, even if slightly, our communication! If any system wishes to talk we'd be more than happy to, and if any system just has fun or nice exercises to strengthen our "self"-knowledge and bond, that's be wonderful as well.
As for us, we'll just attempt to post as ourselves, give each alter with enough conscience the freedom to be themselves after being stripped of it (again), even if just a bit.

So does anybody know of an app sort of like Mytter or TwiNote but that could be used with another person? So sort of like a fake social media app that resembles Twitter in some ways for text posts and such that I could make profiles for my system. But then my partner system could also make profiles for their alters and we could see each other? But not have to worry about a bunch of people we don’t know or like a fyp with strangers’ posts, just each others. Idk if this exists but if anyone knows about something close pls let us know!!

SO HEY UH. basically i made a partner system flag for me n my bf, mainly because i didn’t like the partner system flags i found online. just basically looked up common representations of types of attraction in pride flags and just went with it. but anyone can use it! (of course, if you fall under the label) just like. don’t claim it as yr own creation or something HSHSGFH
(note: the white and black dots dont have any special representation with colors, i just needed a way to differentiate the two and make it look like they were overlapping)

i feel so silly but can someone..define… partner system for me.. in depth or very clearly like break it down into pieces please,, it feels self explanatory but i overthink a lot so i super dont know </3 thank yooouuu
a partner system is another system you have some kind of relationship with that you decide to call your partner system. I think most commonly it's romantic, but it can be platonic, queerplatonic, etc.
and I think usually systems call another system your partner system once multiple system members have relationships with multiple system members from the other system, but also it's up to you and the other system when you call each other partner systems and what that label means to you
So we are out as a system to one (1) singlet friend irl and one other system we know irl, and everyone is aware of who the singlet is. Everyone knows, hey, this girl, she's safe, we can tell her, she will ask who is fronting.
And yet still, no one tells her.
H is like "oh, yea, it's me, but Sally and Eliza are conscious." Or something else. But everyone else just straight up will not tell her when we switch. Like if H comes back she'll be like "oh yea it was Peter there for a moment." But no one ever tells her when it's happening.
