Ingredients: 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 4 large eggs. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Crimp the edges of the pie crust before putting it in the pie dish to make it look nice. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with the chopped fresh spinach. Add the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic powder to a bowl and whisk them together until they are well mixed. Put the egg mix on top of the spinach in the pie crust. Grate some Parmesan cheese and put it on top of the quiche. Set the oven to 350F and bake the quiche for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it. Enjoy while still warm!
