He was weak, exhausted from trying to survive this and more than ready for it to be over. Now though, he was focused on patching himself. He got into more than one fight, most recently with the vampire king. He had been scavenging since, moving slowly through houses, he knows his blood is there, that he's easier to track, but he can't stop the bleeding yet. He's in some broken down house that looks like it has been attacked, trying to wrap up a wound when he hears someone approach. He closes the door of the room he's in and waits for them to pass.
breaking in || john & kim
John sat in his car, gripping the steering wheel and looking straight out the window. He had no clue why he had agreed with Kim, to make him take her to his old neighbourhood, so that they could retrieve the photos and even videos of John from when he was younger. It made him feel sick, he hadn't been inside her house for so long, and he didn't particularly want to go and do this, but he knew he had to. He wasn't sure what he would do with the photos and videos, he didn't want to keep them exactly, but he couldn't get rid of them, either. He sighed to himself and rested his head lightly against the window, taking his phone out of his pocket. He texted his Mum, telling her that he'd visit her for a while, and probably take his siblings out, so that Kim could go back on her own and maybe even cover for him, he doubted it though.
He heard a light tapping noise on the other window, turning his head, he spotted Kim, smiling and waiting outside the car. He gave her a weak smile and waved his hand, signalling for her to come into the car. He sighed quietly again, as she got into his car and sat beside him. "If we get caught, I'm blaming you. I really hate that house." He whined, turning his keys and starting the ignition, reversing out the parking spot he had been parked in. He drove out the school car park, focusing on the road, but turned his head quickly to Kim. "I'm scared." He told her --- his voice very quiet, no louder than a whisper. He felt like such a kid, he was so embarrassed and there was no way in hell that he'd let her see the photos and videos of him. That's if they ever found them in her house.
