ugh yeah sexism in tattooing is soo prevalent :( my tattoo artist is a man but his wife also does tattoos so he’s told me all kinds of stories and it’s just.. shocking how that shit still flies in 2019. they call all apprentices “shop bitches” and treat them like dirt, but for women there’s that added layer of sexual harassment & being treated like they’re incompetent... yeah it’s gross!! i’m not doing any of that in my story, don’t worry!
