as Wylan: it was nearly impossible to get Jesper to slow down, but when he finally did and i was able to just cuddle with him in bed or sit quietly with him for a moment, that was always the most comforting thing. we led such chaotic lives, so i really treasured being able to just have a moment of calm with my love by my side.

as Padmé: similarly to Wylan's comfort,,,, when Anakin would come visit and we didn't have to worry about politics or the Jedi, we could just sit in my apartment and talk. he would bring me sushi and we would sit on the couch and just chat. oh and another big comfort was anytime i would go back to Naboo. specifically when it was a vacation, not a political trip. i would float in the lake and relax and wouldn't have to worry about anything. that was really comforting.

as Louis: the most comforting thing to me, at least in retrospect, is the time I spent with my family. walking down the New Orleans streets with Lestat on a warm night, spending time with Claudia, even the years i spent with Armand. oh and - not related to people - the most comforting feeling is being in a coffin, which i guess sounds really weird to some people. it just feels like a secluded space where you can just get away from the world. plus they're pretty soft. idk I really miss sleeping in a coffin.
