He’d been out of time, and Lex Luthor’d had that fucking syringe, and he hadn’t had a vetted person or place to send Kon–couldn’t even have trusted Bruce with him, even if Damian hadn’t been there complicating things. He hadn’t had either the time or the resources to do due diligence. There hadn’t been any public history of that Justice League’s feelings on clones or way to know if their Superman was ever coming back or–

2. Who is your favorite character

Ooh, this is a hard one, because I love all the characters. However, one character that I absolutely cannot do without is the MC. She’s always in my party, and whenever I’m out and about, I usually default to walking as her, as well. So I think this may mean she’s my favorite, lol.

3. Your favorite party?

This is my current default party! I like how well-rounded it is in terms of utility: we’ve got the bow, we’ve got the claymore, there’s pyro which is always useful, there’s cryo for ice bridges, we’ve got elemental reactions, and anemo for SWIIIRL! I can bop my way across the entire map with this party and have no trouble. Unfortunately no healer, however.... I do obscene amounts of cooking.

Also, listen. Listen. I like whatever this dynamic happening here is, which I like to imagine like a girl band touring the country while solving supernatural mysteries + Kaeya as the manager who gets them gigs in extremely haunted locations. Is he doing it on purpose? The girls aren’t sure, because Kaeya acts like he doesn’t even believe in the supernatural. But his eyepatch is full of secrets! And whenever they’re in a serious bind, he always seems to come along just in the nick of time! (I used to watch a lot of Hanna-Barbera cartoons growing up, I’m sure you can tell)

5. The character you don’t have but you want soso bad?

VEN. TI! VEN. TI! VEN. TI!

I heard a rumor his banner is going to rerun in 1.4, but I have no idea if that’s true. But his banner must rerun at some point, so I’m going to save up my primogems just in case and see how far my self-control takes me.
