Indulge in the rich combination of brownie batter and Oreo cookies with these delicious stuffed cookies.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 package Brownie Batter Oreos.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough and flatten them slightly. Place a Brownie Batter Oreo on top of each flattened dough portion. Cover the Oreo with another flattened portion of dough and seal the edges, ensuring the Oreo is fully enclosed. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
