This Easy Oreo Ice Cream Cake is a delightful dessert that takes just 5 minutes to prepare. With a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a generous drizzle of chocolate fudge sauce, it's a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 package of Oreo cookies. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1.5 quarts of vanilla ice cream. 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag and a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter to create the crust mixture. Press the Oreo crust mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch square pan or a similar-sized dish. Place the pan in the freezer and let it set for about 10 minutes. While the crust is setting, soften the vanilla ice cream by letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Once the crust has set, spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the Oreo crust. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the ice cream layer. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the fudge sauce for extra chocolatey goodness. Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and return it to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm. Before serving, pipe whipped cream on top of the ice cream cake and garnish with additional crushed Oreo cookies or chocolate chips. Slice, serve, and enjoy your Easy Oreo Ice Cream Cake!
