Ingredients: 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 16 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 2 cups whipped cream. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup heavy cream. Whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
Instructions: Melted butter and crushed Oreo cookies should be combined in a bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
