Stuffed bell peppers tonight! I try to reincorporate leftovers as much as possible and limit food waste. The filling is from our enchiladas last Tuesday with @meatchurch Garlic & Herb seasoning and @prego Chunky Green Pepper and Mushroom sauce. The bell peppers were microwaved for four minutes to soften them up before baking. I topped them with cheddar at the end of the cook to make a gooey layer. These were delicious!
