Almost, in one of her last relationship Hiromiko almost fell in love. It was damn near close, so close she drunkenly said “I love you to much to let you think you mean nothing to me.” But unfortunately things did not pan out in the end. It ended in him leaving which Hiromiko turned to her bottle to forget, she thought she felt love towards him, turns out she didn’t or couldn’t understand what she thought was love. She lacks experience in this department. If he was able to leave so easily she knew he truly didn’t want to be with her in the end and right when she was about to give her heart to him, she shoved it back into her chest. She’d never allow someone to broke her heart, especially not someone that didn’t deserve to hold it in the first place. Not when, all those lies came to light. Now, she has forgotten him. Having suffered amnesia from a high fever brought on by her aether sickness. That past is completely gone to her now and him along with it. Now, he means nothing.
