A slow burning relationship. The only reason they got along to begin with was because they were both friends with skekEkt. 

Neither of them are really romantic: they were best friends for a long time and when they decided to get together their dynamic relatively remained the same. But surprisingly they have the most stable relationship out of all the other skeksis.

They both roast each other all the time. It’s probably a skeksis thing or something that’s unique to them, but they both had set boundaries with what they should and shouldn’t joke about. SkekOk is more crueler with these roasts, but skekLach always takes it in stride. If he goes too far, she usually puts him back in his place. 

However, if any of the other skeksis tries that shit with either of them, the other will make them sorry they ever said anything at all.

SkekOk genuinely cares about skekLach’s well being and always tries to find remedies for her pustules and allergies. If they didn’t work, he’ll blame it (and sometimes even punish) on whatever Gelfling he got the information from. 

Very unusual for a skeksis, skekLach would sometimes share some of the tithes with skekOk. This especially became more common as they got older and the Collector became less impressed with what the Gelfling had to offer. 

Their ideal date is finding a nice secluded place, grab a few drinks, and shoot the breeze. Talk about the latest castle gossip or drama and loudly mocking the other skeksis.

No matter how depressed she got, skekLach always found enjoyment in spending time with skekOk and listening to his super fictitious stories or lies. She knows they’re fake, but it’s fun to listen to.
