The og5 dynamic could've been so good. Especially with all the underexplored dynamics they could've had. My kingdom for Alya&Adrien and Marinette&Nino interactions. And that's without all the fun dynamic Chloe could've had with all of them.

so. reading X-Men #3
the infamous (retconned) panel of Charles being in love with Jean is in this. my first note is that she was not sixteen, because in #1 Bobby is confirmed to be sixteen and a "few years younger" than the rest. my second note is that everyone in this issue is sexualizing Jean. this is Blob's first appearance and he's calling her weird nicknames and only joining the team because he thinks she's hot. also, the rest of the og5 have been arguing over her all issue.
seeing all this, I think people should never ever mention Charles for that panel again, because he only does it once (and gets retconned), but every other man in this issue sexualize her every other panel.
tl;dr: this issue is very uncomfortable
