I get the feeling MCU Scott Summers will grow up a normal life despite his disabilities and his dynamic with Jean (and possibly the rest of the X-Men) will be like this:
I'd be down for Scott to be relatively normal and the rest of the team being insane and for Scotty's life to slowly descend into insanity the longer he's on the team.
