I think it's so cool that Gene Kelly choreographed the entire An American in Paris ballet. (In fact, apparently he did his own choreography in every movie he ever made!) Youtube won't let people watch the entire ballet for free (which is fair), so I totally recommend that people rent the film... even if just to watch the ~16.5 minute long ballet scene. It proves what a genius Gene Kelly was and that he knew a gajillion different dance styles :) Fun An American in Paris trivia: Alan Jay Lerner (the guy who wrote the lyrics for My Fair Lady, Gigi, etc.) wrote the script for An American in Paris, thus explaining why the script is so intelligent. (The characters use words like "officious". It's a really fancy script hahaha)
