Y'all... Y'all ever think... That Snape teaching himself Legilimency/Occlumancy... Could be used as a garantee to always have the upper hand?...
Like he knows he can't trust people. So knowing that anyone could betray him AND having the possibility of HIM knowing beforehand what his interlocutor's intents are... So he can prepare himself?
When did he really start teaching himself that? When he decided to betray Voldemort? Or when he was a student? He did know quite a lot by then already, man was brilliant.
Or maybe I'm just reading too much into it?
I'm sorry if the post is kinda confusing it's 3 am and I'm just a little bit sleep deprived.
