just a design that evolved! it IS still just his hair curled up into itself though (and it is cutes)

his Sim (he was borned in TS4) had hair similar to this (1) that I'd further stylize as a weird little doughnut at the bottom (2) and it turned into double loops once his hair came down (3) because i wanted to preserve the little doughnut loop

(and then just got more swoopy as his hair grew out more and i got used to drawing him with more complete muscle memory strokes)

Specifically, someone online has written an original series I greatly enjoyed, although it’s only online and not published in any real-life way. Most likely, it’d be too obscure for anyone to recognize it, but I still want to submit one of the characters here for fun and whimsy. I know the rules mentioned that you wouldn’t know if someone didn’t have permission to send in others’ characters, but I’m just curious: where does my situation fall?

Hm, we don't think this has ever actually come up before? Closest we can think of is where we said not to submit scenarios from other peoples' fic without permission.

In general, if you would feel unsure submitting a scenario about a specific character without the creator's permission, we think it'd be better to ask them for it.

For your specific scenario, what you're talking about sounds like a webcomic/series, which would make any relevant characters just characters from media.

I actually have more than 4 ocs but i just care about those guys the most whoops (im also too lazy to extend the relatioship chart im sorry)

Stev: he’s dead! Has many scars. Loves plants.Works at a flower shop. Wants to own his own greenhouse one day. A total prankster. takes part in petty theft (like candy and stuff dont be like him). Comfy around friends but super anxious around new people. Very happy he has friends hes comfy around. 

Gogo: Chillst of the group. Wisest in the group. Is high 60% of the time shes awake.  Works at a dessert cafe and likes it but honestly wants to sleep all day. Loves her boyfriend. Has a huge crush on damon’s sisters. Rhythm game champ. Loves to eat and be fed. Please feed her. 

Richie: Sarcastic prettyboy. Goals? Nah. Totally unmotivated to get anything done. Super good at situational humor. hes actually really funny but pushes his boundaries sometimes. Wears one (1) Contact lens. Likes the beach.Collects socks and gemstones.Spends lots of money on LINE stickers.

Damon: Ideal best friend! Loves everybody! Wants to hug all the tme! Hes high on life! Huge crush on his best friend. Loves his sisters  Trix and Micha. Super restless and walks around outside late at night. has forest friends. Wants to be a dj. Had a scene phase. Has Lots of cool pairs of shoes.

Together: they butt heads a lot but theyre a good comfy friend group and smoke weed together

I don’t really answer questions like this. You shouldn’t apply for a character because you think you might be able to use a specific faceclaim. You should apply because you’re connection to a character. Furthermore, Zoe Kravitz is far too old to pass for a teenager. You can apply with her faceclaim as an original character if you’d like.
