im afraid of spiders but ive been trying to conquer it and seeing you appreciate them has given me a chance to see how cool and beautiful they really are! im still pretty skittish but i can now admire from afar (random but ty for that! :3)
Honestly my extreme enjoyment of spiders is a more recent development as I've always had a huge fear of all such creatures and insects...
I'm still the same irl too! I don't go into Freak Out and Kill mode but if there's a spider above a certain size nearby and it skitters away before I can try to cup and remove it I get nervous about if its gonna show up on my body or if im gonna accidentally squish it... Similarly I want a jumping spider but I'm nervous that I'll flinch when I feel it on me if it crawls onto me because I'm not used to the sensation and I don't want to accidentally harm it. But I do like looking at them, in up close photos online and from afar irl if they're Big Ones mfjskfmsmf I think they're so cute and cool...
