For those of you who don't know...an alcoholic/addict will get something in their heads and think about it over and over and over...it could be the desire to drink...it could be an argument they got into in the third grade...it could be an obsession to be perfect...or maybe an obsession to win over someone....and then it's poor poor pour me another drink...and I've been guilty of all of those things..
Exhausted....
I'm exhausted of this over thinking.... Lurking thoughts just poisoning my mind, making me weak. I wish it would just stop so I can allow karma to release it's magic on those who hurt me..
