Holy heck, today has not been a good day... So as of Tuesday, I doubled my medication dose, as per the doctors request.. But today my head has been killing me, my vision went a bit funny when I was at the shop by myself getting coffee for work. Everything went somewhat fuzzy, almost like the shutter speed was low on a camera and everything had a weird trail behind it. Similar to this image. My legs felt week, I just felt... weird.. Like I did before I even went to the hospital in the first place. It took me three hours to get a handful of groceries and coffee for work... I know this is due to the hypertension but I don’t feel okay mentally or physically and it sucks :c Going to stick with my medication, of course but I could really use a hug right now
