Indulge in the creamy, chocolatey goodness of Nutella with this easy-to-make Nutella Pudding. It's a delightful dessert that will satisfy your chocolate cravings!
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 2 cups whole milk. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Whipped cream for topping. Chopped hazelnuts for garnish. Chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: Mix the cornstarch, cocoa powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan. Make sure there are no lumps by slowly adding the whole milk while whisking. The mixture will thicken and gently boil if you place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly. It ought to take five to seven minutes. After the mixture thickens, take it off the heat and thoroughly mix in the vanilla extract and Nutella. Transfer the Nutella pudding into ramekins or serving bowls. To avoid a skin from forming, cover each with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap touches the pudding's surface. The pudding should be chilled in the fridge for two hours or longer, or until it has cooled and set completely. Add chocolate shavings, chopped hazelnuts, and whipped cream to the Nutella pudding before serving. Savor your mouthwatering Nutella pudding!
