Title: Rachel Ward
Summary: Ever since she was child, Jem has kept a secret: Whenever she meets someone new, no matter who, as soon as she looks into their eyes, a number pops into her head. That number is a date: the date they will die. Burdened with such awful awareness, Jem avoids relationships. Until she meets Spider, another outsider, and takes a chance. The two plan a trip to the city. But while waiting to ride the Eye ferris wheel, Jem is terrified to see that all the other tourists in line flash the same number. Today's number. Today's date. Terrorists are going to attack London. Jem's world is about to explode!
Review: It’s been a while since I read this book, and it still leaves a fairly lasting imprint on me. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about it, but thing is, it’s not a bad book. It has a bit of a predictable steak, that I won’t deny, but if you’re like me you’ll find it pleasurable, it left me with an uncompleted feeling of dread almost. I honestly feel like this book is so worth the read, it gives the reader a sense of attachment to characters, and a view on what some reality really is like.

Life’s not that simple. Not so easy to move on when the anger you’ve got is what keeps you going.
