I'm getting nervous about how hard this semester is going to be. I get nervous before every long run, whether it's with my club, by myself, or a race. I'm thinking about how busy I'll be with class and work, how stressed I'll be. I think about all the times I've cried on the side of the road because I couldn't get myself to keep going. I'm thinking about how I've already made it through 4 semesters. I think about how I've finished every long run (and short run) I thought I wouldn't, how I've gotten myself to keep going. And I think I'm going to make it through.
