thought of you the whole day when st lucia got the medal. and i found out about the nedal through a member of an emo band from my country being hyped about it adhffjssgkjdafh didnt message because i assumed you knew and didnt want to talk about it for your own reasons and wanted to respect that asgfachvdacbmbds
i did know and ive been freaking out since i found out last night on stream. and so has the rest of the island. we went to rodney bay to hang with some family friends visiting the island and suddenly encountered some terrible traffic and when we finally got to their hotel we discovered that the traffic was because in the 24 hours since she won the gold a street party had been organized complete with police to redirect traffic. when i woke up this morning my windows were shaking from the music playing in the neighbourhood (interrupted by a torrential downpour). its been confirmed that there will be a holiday (not tomorrow but there will be a day off). were going nuts.
I've been reading asoiaf these last few months. My coworkers have only watched the show, but I'm only reading the books. So, we compare and contrast as I make my way through the series. I can say that I hate the show.
Why...why would they change the most random things??? Why—it's so much worse. I'm not talking the seasons off book either.
