Hey guys!
I sort of went MIA, I know. It happens. As much as I would love to write, 24/7, I’m not a writer for real LOL so I have real life that needs attending to every once in a while.
Don’t worry, I have stories that I have been working on. It’s just no where done, and as always the first three days of the week is always so busy for me. It isn’t that I lost inspiration because of the break up, not at all. Life just gets in the way.
But I will be working on those a little bit here and there. Other than school, I do have other obligations that I can only ignore for so long until it comes up to bite my ass LOL. It’s coming though.
Patience is always appreciated and it will be rewarded I promise.
Also, two more weeks for Spring Break! Thank god, I need that break and I so deserve it!

You see... the world is obsessed with definitions. It looks at 'disability' and sees a convenient little cage of limitations a way to center us, to keep us small and manageable. It’s quaint, really. How they try to lock away what they refuse to comprehend But the world doesn’t get to own the spirit, does it? They call us 'broken' because they lack the vision to see the architecture underneath. They treat our lives like a permission slip for their own comfort, trying to silence the noise they can't categorize.
I know what it is to be a 'problem' to be managed I spent 8 years at a none special needs school being treated like a 'problem' to be managed
They build their barriers their little walls of policy Locking a person away doesn’t provide safety; it provides a delusion. And safety? Safety should never be a favor granted by the 'whole' to the 'broken.'
We are more than the ink on a medical file. We are more than a diagnosis or a label we are here. We are constant. And despite their best efforts to look away... we aren't going anywhere
These people. We've seen and lived through some CRAZY things. I'm talking the dawn of the smartphone and everything that came after. Guess what? We're still here and you're still reading. We must be doing something right.
