I usually say I'm genderfluid but i think I may be fluidflux? I know for sure my gender changes but i woke up today and I felt hyper feminine, and I usually only have a medium ish intensity when it comes to my gender

I don’t want to tell you for sure that you are/are not anything because I don’t have your lived experience, but I’ll give you some insight based on my own personal one.
I thought I was genderflux (just the intensity changes) until I woke up one day and felt Definitely For Sure Masculine. Probably somewhere along the lines of Very Strong Demiboy. But I still didn’t change my label until it stuck around for a few days. (sometimes Gender does What It Wants to).
So basically, I would say pay attention to that feeling: a fluctuation once in awhile will, yes, qualify you for using the fluidflux label if you’d like to, but, if you really like genderfluid, you also don’t have to.
However, if this fluctuation starts to feel more common/happen more often, I would consider looking into labels such as fluidflux.
Basically, yes, if you choose to use fluidflux that’s valid, but you also don’t have to if you don’t want to.
