Alright ladies - lets talk about empowerment

Recently I’m coming off a point where I’ve lost 30 lbs and feel GREAT in my skin. With that being said I’ve been posting more “selfies” of my self on social media - because why the hell not?!. Recently I’ve heard people say things like

“She’s so into her self”

“When is she going to stop no one wants to see that”

“If I see another selfie I’ll claw my eyes out”

“I’m unfollowing her if she doesn’t stop”

The list goes on and I’ve heard it all and I just want to remind everyone out there that essentially what you do, how you behave, and even what you post is UP TO YOU. No one else. I tell myself that the difference between a flower and a weed is judgment. Those who hate do not flourish. The world needs more woman to embrace their beauty, their intelligence and everything in between. Those negative comments are nothing but a way to test you and the wall you have built.

So ladies, continue to love yourself in all moments. Don’t be afraid of others and love all parts of you! Show it off, believe that you are the best thing on this planet because you are! The biggest growth comes from you, not from others.
