So stoked of my transformation so far! I’m on a whole new journey guys. This one is all about self love and empowerment and I cannot wait to see where I go from here. I’m about a week in and I’m at 163 lbs and my goal is to lean out and be 150 by October! hoping by the time December rolls around you can maybe see some abs peep through.
Lots of meal prepping, water and weight lifting but I’m so excited to find out what the best version of myself entails :)

I’ve dealt with an eating disorder for most of life. The top two photos were from high school where I would train 8 hours a day, I would eat under 1,000 calories and had only 14% body fat. I even then still felt like the fattest girl in my grade and by no chances was I remotely close. Once I graduated high school I was able to handle and cope better with my eating disorder and it wasn’t until when I become 21 it spiraled out of control. Now at this point I became depressed, addicted to drinking and partying and I binged at every possible second.
I’ve been everywhere from a size 2 all the way to a size 16. From 130 lbs to 200 lbs. from 14% body fat to 32%. IVE BEEN THROUGH IT ALL. it took numerous times through therapy, friends and family to help make the changes I’ve made today.
I’m no where close to where I want to be mentally, spiritually and physically but I am proud. I am healthy and I am surviving ❤️
From 29% body fat to 24%
Slowly and surely getting to my goal
15 lbs away from my goal, 35 lbs down, and almost to my goal of 50 lbs lost!

Something that has really helped me grow and focus on myself is reminding myself that we are not on linear paths. Not everyone is parallel to you, and not everyone is going in the same direction. I’ve learned in order to grow I have had to first take care of myself at the ground level. I was expecting to be on the same track as everyone else but everyone else has not been through what I have. They haven’t lived my experiences and I haven’t lived through theirs. We are random data, we aren’t correlated. We’re all on our own paths trying to do what’s best for us. It does not make sense to compare. It’s just amazing we are all here.
