A non-alcoholic Boulevardier for #DryFeb http://dryfeb.ca/users/lorraine-murphy-2 . What would you call it? A Mall Cop? Not quite the triumph of my earlier white #Nogroni and #Nojito, but acceptable if you have a sweet tooth and not The Diabeetus. Recipe: Chill an Old Fashioned glass by filling it with icewater. Meanwhile, put some big-ass fancy cubes in a mixing glass, shaker, or individual-sized cocktail pitcher. I won't tell if it's really the creamer from a tea set. Rinse those cubes so they don't taste like those frozen chicken breasts we all have in our freezers, and dump the water. Into the mixing vessel, put: 1 oz @seedlipdrinks 1 oz @drinkbittermilk No.1 Barrell Aged Old Fashioned mix 1 small bottle (100ml) @stappi_italia white bitters and stir them together till mixed and chilled. This will take some doing, trust me. Put several in a cocktail glass and fill it with cold water to chill. Rinse the cubes that you'll be mixing the drink with, because God only knows what your roommate is storing in the freezer when your back is turned. Then add: 1oz @seedlipdrinks Grove 42, the one with citrusy flavours. 100ml ie 1 small bottle @stappi_italia white. bitter soda 6-10 dashes @dillonsdistills ginger bitters Stir, don't shake, because part of the beauty of this drink is its clarity, and also because the soda will spew out everywhere and then don't you look like a jackass. Once the outside of the container is too cold to comfortably hold on to, strain into a small cocktail or Nick & Nora glass. If you only have the gigantic modern cocktail glasses like this one, go ahead and add the ice. Nothing looks sadder than a 2 1/2 oz cocktail in the bottom of a 12 oz cocktail glass.
